If you're not completely satisfied with your ChugJug bottle, you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. The bottle must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that you'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. Please note that products with removed labels or stickers cannot be accepted, and we are unable to offer exchanges.

If the product is returned in used condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or alternative compensation based on the condition of the item.
