In-stock items usually ship out within 3 business day

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Returns are free for customers in the US.

Can I exchange my product instead of returning it?

Yes, you can exchange your product for a different color or size within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.

My order says it's delivered, but I don't have it!

If your tracking shows "delivered" but it's missing, please allow 48 hours for delivery. Also, check with neighbors or household members who might have received it for you. If it's still not found, contact Customer Support.

How will I know my order is on its way?

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details and the carrier information.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. No cash or check—unless you’re willing to make the trek to our headquarters, then we might be willing to make an exception.
